Named for Mawu
In Fon and Ewe tradition across West Africa, Mawu represents the moon — a symbol of night, motherhood, and rest, tied to the rhythms that move through every body. We named the brand after her because that's the promise: something already tuned to the rhythm you live by.
From the founder
"I watched the women in my life do the midnight grocery run, or eat whatever was already home, almost every month. Nobody had built a solution for it. So I did."
