You tell us your cycle details when you sign up, and we calculate your next start date. Each month, a quick check-in lets you confirm or adjust that date — so your box is timed to land a few days before, not on a fixed calendar day.
That's exactly what the monthly check-in is for. If your dates move, you adjust with one tap and we re-time the next box. "Not sure" is a perfectly fine answer when you sign up — we'll work with it.
Yes. You can flag soy, sesame, nuts, caffeine, meat and more, and every snack is checked against your restrictions before it goes in the box. Your needs are honored on every shipment, not just the first.
One limit worth knowing up front: our snacks come from shared production facilities, so we can’t currently serve allergies that require food made in a dedicated allergen-free facility.
